The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the use of laser techniques of halogram for the development of attention in children of cochlear implants, as well as the introduction of a program using halogram technique to develop attention in children of cochlear implants.

The study was based on the semi-experimental approach.

The attention scale was used for the hearing impaired child cochlear implants (preparation / names of Mustafa, 2016).

The study sample consisted of (7) children of cochlear implants enrolled in social rehabilitation institutions (7-10 years).

The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of the Hilogram technique used to develop attention in the children of cochlear implants where the program procedures were suitable for the potential of the children.

This improved their attention.

The skills of the children of the cochlear implants can be improved when the child succeeds in performing an important task.

By introducing new training measures.

The study recommended the following: The need to take into account the advanced technology in the programs offered to this group of children in terms of planning and implementation to achieve the unique care of each child individually -Prepare special cadres qualified to work with children Cochlear implants as occupational therapy and rehabilitation specialists Conducting specialized training courses for children with cochlear implants on the latest technologies in the field of rehabilitation and treatment.

- Training courses for the family in this category to provide them with the latest methods in how to modify their behavior.

With the need to combine educational efforts, psychological and health in order to rehabilitate the children of cochlear implants.
