The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a program based on brain-based learning in the development of the trend toward the creativity of students with learning difficulties to the gifted The researcher has used the pilot and took a sample curriculum the failure of the study (20) pupils with learning difficulties attending primary stage so that a representative sample (10 pupils are divided pilot group - 10 pupils a range officer), and the application of study in the first semester of 9,581 families residing in E/1438e "Primary Schools district of western embassies - Walid bin Abdul Malik Primary School - Sheikh Abdullah Al-Qarawi" in the city of Riyadh.

The study on the trend toward creativity from the preparation of the researcher.

The results came out confirms the effectiveness of the program and a learning-based document to the brain in the development of the trend toward the creativity of pupils with learning difficulties talented people, taking into account the individual differences between pupils with learning difficulties talented people so that it can be promoting creativity and innovation and discover the strengths, and has found that one of the most successful ways to achieve the needs of pupils with learning difficulties talented people is the adoption of different methods of work to the revitalization process of the cerebral capacity building programs and experiences enrichment plants.

pupils with learning difficulties talented people to educational needs is somewhat different from that of ordinary pupils, and on this basis, the approach taken in their education must contain the programs of the revitalization of the Skills stroke.

The needs of pupils with learning difficulties a variety of talented people in reality, as well as the academic needs and the needs of the personal and social development.

And that all special programs with talented people with learning difficulties could not be effective unless subject to high attention in the planning and preparation for the actual implementation.
