The purpose of this study was to identify the use of sign language in poetry, to identify the forms of sign language use in poetry and its implications, to identify the reasons for the use of sign language in poetry, and to identify the most common body organs used in poetry.
The study used the inductive analytical method to review previous studies and research in the same subject, and the poetic verses used in sign language.
The study found the following results: 1.
There is a use sing language in many verses and poetry texts, whether this use intentionally or unintentionally.

Forms of sign language in poetry vary between the signal communication in sign language through the organs of the body (the eye and the implications of spinning and envy, hands and their meanings beauty and generosity, face and signs of joy and sadness, the image of the self and its implications generosity and courage, the image of women and its implications courage and yarn, the image of praised person and the implications of strength and wisdom, the image of the delirious and insignificant connotations and self – confidence).

The reasons that led to the use of sign language in poetry is that sign language helps the poet to draw a mental image of living verses of poetry, which contributes to the delivery of meanings and indications more than spoken language, and that some movements of the body more honest than the language spoken as the movements and language of the eye, the signal on a message receipt can be used individually in the communication process with its effectiveness in communication.
4 - The eye is the most used organs to perform the signal in the hair and then face and then movements of the hands and then the entire body.
