The aim of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of computer program a multimedia in developing national values among a sample of intellectually disabled students (midwives for learning).

To achieve this goal, the researchers review the literature, review in which we take the experimental process as intendant variable, and the national values as dependent variable the aim of their development.

A vision was developed for how to design the computer program through the implementation of the steps followed in the design stages of the computer program according to the program production cycle The research sample, which consists of (14) students of intellectual disabilities, was selected in the twenty-ninth school of the province of Qassim (Breda) and ranged in age from 12-18 years.

They were divided into two groups, 7) of the students who are intellectually disabled are the ones who will be exposed to the computer program, and the second is an officer and the number of (7) of the disabled students intellectually where the homogeneity among the sample members was achieved.

The study tools include the multimedia program, the national values scale.

And half, 2) weekly, the results of the study were analyzed and the main findings of the study indicated the development of national values among the intellectually disabled students who received the program.

Which confirms the effectiveness of the multimedia program in the development of national values of students with intellectual disabilities, and the results were interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies and make recommendations and research proposed.
