Arabic Abstract

اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع الرُّواة الذين روى لهم البخاري في صحيحه و تكلم فيهم أبو داود السجستاني، و استقراء عدد مروياتهم في الصحيح، مع الاستفادة من المنهج الوصفي في عرض المادة العلمية، و النقدي عند بيان الراجح من المرجوح في بيان الحكم على الرواة و في هذا البحث تعريف بعصر الإمام أبي داود، من حيث اسمه ونسبه وكنيته، و نشأته، و مذهبه، و شيوخه و تلاميذه، و مكانته العلمية، و ثناء العلماء عليه، و مؤلفاته و ثروته العلمية، و وفاته، ثم الحديث عن مكانة صحيح البخاري و انتقادات العلماء عليه من حيث الرواة و المرويات، كما فيه عرض للرواة الذين جرحهم أبو داود و روى لهم البخاري في صحيحه، و قد رتبوا على نسق اللفظة التي قيلت فيهم، ثم النظر في حالهم من خلال أقوال العلماء فيهم في كتب الجرح والتعديل، ومن خلال دراسة مروياتهم التي جاءت في الصحيح ثم ذكر خلاصة القول فيهم، و تخريج أحاديثهم من صحيح البخاري إن وجد له مُتابع فيه، فإن لم يوجد فمن صحيح مسلم، فإن لم يوجد فمن أمهات كتب الحديث، و يعزز بذكر الشواهد، ثم مسوغات إخراج البخاري للراوي المجروح.

النتائج و التوصيات : تم ختم البحث بأهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الباحثة، و قد تبين من خلال هذا التتبع أن أغلب مرويات الرواة المنتقدين لها أصول صحيحة و مخارج ثابتة، و أوصيت بزيادة شرح منهج الشيخين في التخريج لمن تكلم فيهم بسبب أو بآخر وفق قاعدة الاختيار لما صح من حديثهم.

English Abstract

Study Aims : The study aims at tracing the narrators mentioned by Imam Abu Dawood Al- Sistani and approved by Al-Bukhari Sahih.

The researcher discusses fifty-seven narrators from Sahih Al-Bukhari who were mentioned Imam Abu Dawood Al-Sijistani.

Study Approach : The researcher adopted the inductive method in the collection of narrators who were approved by Al-Bukhaari in his Sahih, and Abu Dawud Al-Sijistani discussed their accuracy and examined their narratives in the Sahih.

The researcher used the descriptive approach in the presentation of the scientific material and the critical approach to explain the likely and the less likely judgment on the narrators.

This study defines the era of Imam Abu Dawood, and Imam Abu Dawood himself, in terms of his name and descent and his nickname, and his origin, his doctrine, and his elders and disciples, his death.

The study then talks about the status of Saheeh Al-Bukhaari and the criticisms of the scholars of the book in terms of narrators and narratives.

This is in addition to the narratives and the narrators who were criticized by Abu Dawood but Al-Bukhaari narrated to them in his Saheeh.

They were arranged according to their verbal classification in the books of authenticity and the amendment, and through the study of their narratives which recorded in the Saheeh, then mentioning the concluding judgment in their regards.

and then making authentic study to their narratives in Saheeh Al-Bukhaari if a follow up is found, if not, looking for a follow up from Saheeh Muslim, if not, looking for a follow up from great Hadith books.

It is supported by evidences, Al-Bukhari excuses for the weak narrator.

Study Results and Recommendations : The most important findings of the study show that most of the narratives criticized have correct origins and authentication.

The study recommends an increase in explaining the approaches of Al-Bukhaari and Muslim of authentication for those who criticize them.
