Arabic Abstract

تناول هذا البحث دراسة نقدية على كتاب العلل للدار قطني، و التي كانت بعنوان "مرويات الإمامين الحكم بن عتيبة، و الليث بن أبي سليم المعلة بالاختلاف في كتاب "العلل للدارقطني".

دراسة نقدية".

هدفت الدراسة إلى : دراسة العلل في الروايات المعلة بالاختلاف على الراويين الحكم بن عتيبة والليث بن أبي سليم.

واتبعت المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع المادة العلمية من خلال كتاب العلل للدارقطني، و استعنت بالمنهج النقدي في الحكم على المرويات.

و تكون البحث من مقدمة، و تمهيد و فصلين، و خاتمة، و فهارس.

فأما المقدمة : فتناولت فيها أهمية الموضوع و بواعث اختياره، و أهداف البحث و الدراسات السابقة، و منهج البحث و طبيعة العمل فيه، و خطة البحث.

وأما الفصل الأول : فتناولت فيه الدراسة النظرية حيث ترجمت للأئمة الحكم بن عتييه، و الليث ابن أبي سليم، و الدارقطني، وعرفت بكتاب العلل للدارقطني.

وأما الفصل الثاني : فتناولت فيه الدراسة التطبيقية حيث درست المرويات المعلة بالاختلاف على الإمامين الحكم بن عتيبة و الليث بن أبي سليم.

ثم أوردت الخاتمة، و ضمنتها أهم النتائج و التوصيات، و من أهم النتائج : - علم العلل أحد أهم ركائز علوم الحديث، التي لا غنى عنها لإصدار الحكم على الحديث.

- كتاب العلل للدارقطني كتاب موسوعي تضمن الكثير من الأحاديث المعلة بالاختلاف و بينها بيانا شافيا.

و من أهم التوصيات : - التروي قبل إصدار الحكم على الحديث بالصحة بظاهر السند، و الاهتمام بالبحث عن أقوال العلماء في كتب العلل عند دراسة الأحاديث و الحكم عليها.

English Abstract

This research discusses the Book of al-Ilal byAd-daaraqutnee in a critical study entitled " Narrations of Defected (Mu'allal) Hadiths of ALhakm ibn Otaiba and ALlaith ibn Abee Solaim in the Book Of al-Ilal by Ad-Daaraqutnee- a critical study-.".

Research aim : It aims at investigating the defected Hadiths in the narrations of both narrators Alhakam ibn Otaiba and Allaith ibn Abee Solaim.

Research methodology : This study relied on the inductive method in the collection of the study material derived from the Book of al-Ilal by Ad-Daaraqutnee, and then the critical approach to judge these narrations.

The research consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and indexes.

The introduction part presented the importance of the topic, the motives behind its selection, its objectives, the previous studies, its methodology, and finally the research plan.

The first chapter tackled the theoretical study which included a biography for ALhakm ibn Otaiba , ALlaith ibn Abee Solaim and Ad-Daaraqutnee, it also presented a glance about "The Book Of al-Ilal" of Ad-Daaraqutnee.

The second chapter tackled the applied study which discussed the narrations of defected (Mu'allal) Hadiths of ALhakm ibn Otaiba and ALlaith ibn Abee Solaim.

Finally.

The study arrived at conclusion included the most important findings andrecommendations.

The most important findings are as follows : The science of defect (al-Ilal) is one of the most important underpinnings of Hadith sciences that leads to the right judge of the Hadith.

"The Book Of al-Ilal" by Ad-Daaraqutnee is an encyclopedic book which included many of defected Hadiths and presented clear explanations of their defects.

The most important recommendation is as follows : To be forethought before giving a judge on any Hadith and inspect what previous scholars said regarding it especially in the books of Illal.
