Arabic Abstract

الحمد لله و كفى و الصلاة و السلام على رسوله المصطفى محمد.

أما بعد : فهذا بحث بعنوان: «الإمام أبو بكر الإسماعيلي و منهجه في الجرح و التعديل»، تناولت فيه الرواة الذين تكلم فيهم الإمام أبو بكر الإسماعيلي جرحا و تعديلا، و مقارنة أقواله بأقوال غيره من النقاد، ثم بيان خلاصة القول فيهم.

و تزداد أهمية هذه الدراسة بمعرفة منزلة الإمام أبي بكر الإسماعيلي بين النقاد و مرتبته من حيث التشدد و الاعتدال و التساهل ؛ لأجل ذلك و غيره كانت هذه الدراسة.

و جاء البحث في مقدمة و ثلاثة فصول و خاتمة أما المقدمة : تناولت فيها أهمية البحث و بواعث اختياره، و أهدافه، و منهجي فيه، و الدراسات السابقة، و خطة البحث.

الفصل الأول : تناولت فيه ترجمة الإمام أبي بكر الإسماعيلي، سواء ما يتعلق بالحالة السياسية و الاجتماعية و العلمية و الثقافية لعصره، أو ما يتعلق بترجمته، و حياته، مع تمهيد في علم الجرح و التعديل.

الفصل الثاني : تناولت فيه ألفاظ التعديل عند الإمام أبي بكر الإسماعيلي، مع بيان مدلولاتها، ثم مقارنة أحكامه على الرواة بأحكام غيره من النقاد، مع إبراز نتائجها، و معرفة مراتب التعديل عنده، و خصائص منهجه فيه.

الفصل الثالث : تناولت فيه ألفاظ الجرح عند الإمام أبي بكر الإسماعيلي، مع بيان مدلولات الفاظه، ثم مقارنة أحكامه على الرواة بأحكام غيره من النقاد، مع إبراز نتائجها، و معرفة مراتب الجرح عنده، و خصائص منهجه فيه.

الخاتمة : استعرضت فيها أهم نتائج البحث التي كان أهم نتيجة فيها ظهرت لي خلال مقارنة أقواله بأقوال غيره من النقاد اعتداله في الجرح و التعديل، مع بيان مراتبه الأربع في التعديل، و مراتبه الثلاث في الجرح، ثم الخاتمة و تشتمل على أهم النتائج و التوصيات.

English Abstract

All praise and thanks are to Allah only, and peace be upon His Messenger Muhammad.

This Study is entitled: «Imam Abu Bakr Al-Ismaili and his approach in crediting and discrediting».

This study discusses narrators mentioned by Imam Abu Bakr Al- Ismaili from a crediting and discrediting perspective, then comparing his opinion with of other scholars, and then reaching a conclusion relevant to them.

The importance of this study is further enhanced by the status of Imam Abu Bakr Al- Ismaili among scholars and his rank in terms of extremism, moderation and leniency.

The study consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion.

The introduction shows the importance of the topic and the motives of its selection, research objectives, research methodology, previous studies and research plan.

The first chapter explains biography of Imam Abu Bakr Al-Ismaili, and the political, social, scientific and cultural situation of his age, his life, and the preface of the science of crediting and discrediting.

The second chapter deals with the approach of Imam Abu Bakr Al-Ismaili in crediting, by explaining the meanings of his words, and then comparing his statements on the narrators with the judgments of other scholars, highlighting their results, figuring out the levels of crediting and the characteristics of his approach.

The third chapter deals with the approach of Imam Abu Bakr Al-Ismaili in discrediting, by explaining the meanings of his words, and then comparing his statements on the narrators with the judgments of other scholars, highlighting their results, figuring out the levels of discrediting and the characteristics of his approach.

As for the conclusion: I exhibited the most important findings of the research, andrecommendations.

The most important findings that emerged by comparing him to other scholars is that he is moderate in the crediting and discrediting, and has four ranks in crediting and three in the discrediting.
