The aim of the study is to analyze the credit capability indicators of Iraqi private banks and analyze liquidity and profitability indicators that support the credit capacity of Iraqi private banks as well as provide a proposed model for capacity development The study concluded that the indicators of credit capacity in some private banks Are declining their decline in other banks, which requires the need to provide modern models to develop the credit capacity of Iraqi private banks.
