Arabic Abstract
الحمد لله رب العالمين و الصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين، المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، سيدنا و حبيبنا وقائدنا محمد و على آله و صحبه أجمعين، و من تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين، ثم أما بعد : فهذا بحث بعنوان المبهمون في متون السنن الأربعة دراية ورواية، تناولت فيه علم المبهمات بدراسة نظرية، من كتب مصطلح الحديث، بينت من خلالها أهمية علم المبهمات، وأقسامه، وأسبابه، و من صنف فيه، وكيفية إزالته، ثم قمت بدراسة الروايات المشتملة على الإبهام في متون السنن الأربعة.
و تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بالمبهمين في السنن الأربعة ما أمكن تعريفه، و جمع معجم للمبهمين في متون السنن الأربعة، من خلال جمع المرويات و تخريجها و دراستها.
و قد جاء هذا البحث في مقدمة و فصلين و خاتمة.
أما المقدمة : فتناولت فيها أهمية البحث و بواعث اختياره وأهداف البحث، و منهج البحث و طبيعة عمل الباحث فيه، و الدراسات السابقة، و خطة البحث.
و أما الفصل الأول : فتناولت فيه علم المبهمات دراية.
و أما الفصل الثاني : فتناولت فيه المبهمين و مروياتهم في السنن الأربعة (جمعا و تخريجا ودراسة) مرتبة على طريقة الأبواب الفقهية.
أهم نتائج الدراسة : 1.
علم الإبهام مبحث أصيل و مهم من مباحث علوم الحديث.

أهم طرق معرفة الإبهام هي التخريج بالمتابعات و الشواهد ؛ و لكن ليست هي الطريقة الوحيدة، فهناك مصادر أخرى مساعدة في معرفة المبهمين مثل : كتب الشروح، و التاريخ، و كتب الصحابة والتراجم و السير .

إن الصيغ التي تدل على الإبهام كثيرة ولا تقف عند صيغة واحدة، فقد ورد في الدراسة التطبيقية أربع و سبعون صيغة إبهام غير مكررة، لمئة و خمسة و خمسين مبهما، في مئة و ثلاث عشرة رواية.
أهم توصيات الدراسة : 1.
دراسة الإبهام الواقع في أسانيد السنن الأربعة (أبي داود النسائي، الترمذي، ابن ماجه).
2.
الاهتمام بكتب الشروح و التاريخ و السير و التراجم و الصحابة و عدم الاقتصار على التخريج في بيان الإبهام.
English Abstract
Praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger who was sent as a mercy to the worlds, our master, our beloved and our leader Mohammed, and his family and companions, and those who followed him with righteousness until the Day of Judgment.
To proceed : This is a study entitled “The Anonymous People Mentioned in the Texts of Hadiths Narrated in the Four Books of Sunan Considering the Daraya and Riwayat Aspects”, in which the author discussed the topic of anonymous people in Hadith according to the books of the Science of Hadith.
This included the importance of this topic, its causes and types, the books written in this field, and how to identify the identity of the anonymous people mentioned in Hadith.
In this context, the study investigated the relevant narrations mentioned in the Four Books of Sunan.
Thus, the aim of the study is to introduce the anonymous people in the Four Books of Sunan wherever possible, and to establish a glossary that includes them through the collection and investigation of all the related narrations.
This study consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion.
The introduction addressed the importance of the topic, the motives behind its selection, research objectives and methodology, the previous studies and finally research plan.
The first chapter presented the science of anonymous people in Hadith from the Daraya point of view.
The second chapter investigated the narrations of the anonymous people in the Four Books of Sunan in terms of their meanings and chain of narrators.
Main results of the study : 1.
The science of the anonymous people in Hadith is an integral and important part of the Science of Hadith.
2.
One of the most important methods of identify of the anonymous people in Hadith is the use of follow-ups, metabolas, and shawahed in the takhreej process.
This is not the only method, since it is possible to achieve this aim through referring to the books of Hadith explanation, the books of history, and the biographies of the Companions and their successors.
3.
The forms that indicate ambiguity are numerous.
This study traced 74 unique forms used to refer to 155 anonymous persons.
Main recommendations of the study : 1.
To study the anonymous people mentioned in the chains of narrators of the Hadiths narrated in the Four Books of Sunan (Abu Dawood, Al-Nasa'i, Al- Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah).
2.
Paying attention to books of Hadith explanation, history, biography, and lives of companions, without being limited to the science of takhreej in identifying the anonymous people.
