Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the Algerian experience in supporting and developing the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises, through the structures and agencies of support and development and promotion and the implementation of multiple programs, including national and international, to enact laws and regulations conducive to the advancement of the sector after the change in the economic approach and the rehabilitation of the private sector, which consists mainly of small and medium-sized enterprises, challenges and economic transformations, including: Partnership with the European Union and membership of the World Trade Organization, which requires the presence of a sector of small and medium-sized enterprises with a competitive market locally and internationally and able to contribute effectively to the national economy, and working to enable it to fulfill its roles economic and social.
