Arabic Abstract
الحمد لله رب العالمين و الصلاة و السلام على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، وعلى آله و صحبه و من اهتدى بهديه واستن بسنته ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين.
اما بعد : فهذا بحث بعنوان : الإمام ابن الجوزي و منهجه في الجرح و التعديل من خلال كتابه المنتظم في تاريخ الملوك و الأمم "، تناول فيه الباحث منهج الإمام ابن الجوزي في التعريف بالرجال، و الكلام فيهم جرخا و تعديلا، معتمدا في ذلك منهج الاستقراء التام، و من ثم المنهج الانتقائي، و كذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاستنباط و عرض معالم منهج الإمام ابن الجوزي في الجرح و التعديل.
و لهذه الدراسة أثرها البالغ على علم النقد عند المحدثين، للوقوف على مدلولات ألفاظ الإمام ابن الجوزي في نقد الرجال، و تزداد أهمية هذا البحث بمعرفة منزلة الإمام ابن الجوزي بين النقاد و مرتبته من حيث التشدد و الاعتدال و التساهل ؛ فلأجل ذلك، وغيره كانت هذه الدراسة.
و قد جاء البحث في مقدمة و ثلاثة فصول و خاتمة و فهارس.
أما المقدمة : فقد تناول فيها الباحث أهمية الموضوع و بواعث اختياره، و أهداف البحث ومنهج البحث، و الدراسات السابقة، وخُطة البحث.
وأما الفصل الأول : فقد تناول فيه الباحث ترجمة الامام ابن الجوزي والتعريف بكتابه.
وأما الفصل الثاني : فقد تناول فيه الباحث منهج الإمام ابن الجوزي في التعديل.
وأما الفصل الثالث : فقد تناول فيه الباحث منهج الإمام ابن الجوزي في التجريح.
وأما الخاتمة : فقد استعرض فيها الباحث أهم نتائج البحث و توصيات الباحث.
ومن أهمها : 1 - يعتبر الإمام ابن الجوزي من أبرز علماء بغداد في القرن السادس الهجري، فهو من النقاد المعتدلين في الجرح و التعديل.
٢ - كتاب " المنتظم في تاريخ الملوك و الأمم " كتاب جليل غزير العلم جم الفوائد، وبعد مرجعا هاما من مراجع كتب الرجال و الجرح و التعديل.
English Abstract
Praise be to God, and May His Peace and Blessings be upon the Noblest of Prophets and Messengers, our Prophet Mohammad and upon his family and companions, and upon whom who followed his guidance and his Suna`ah , and followed them with charity till the day after.
Research Title : "AL-Imam bin al- jawzi and his approach in invalidation and uprightness through his book The System in the History of Kings and Nations " The researcher investigates Ibn al Jawzi`s approach in identifying men in terms of invalidation and uprightness .
This study has an obvious impact on criticism of Hadith scholars highlighting Imam Ibn El Jawzi`s significance of enunciation in men`s criticism.
Also , this research highlights the status of Imam Ibn El Hawzi among critics in terms of stresses , uprightness and indulgence.
This research consists of an introduction , three chapters and a conclusion.
The introduction : it discusses the importance of the study ,objectives, methodology, previous studies, and plan of the study .
The first chapter : the researcher addresses an introduction of Imam Ibn al-jawzi highlighting political, social and scientific status of his time .
Also , it discusses what ath , his book and an introduction about invalidation and uprightness.
The second chapter : the researcher addresses the approach of Imam Ibn, al- Jawzi in uprightness highlighting enunciation of his meaning The third chapter : the researcher addresses the approach of Imam Ibn, al- Jawzi in invalidation highlighting enunciation of his meaning.
The conclusion : the researcher presents the main results recommendations of the study.
Wa min 'ahamiha : 1 - Imam Ibn al-Jawzi, one of the most prominent scholars of Baghdad in the sixth century AH, is a moderate critics in the wound and modification 2- Book"alimuntazam fi tarikh almuluk wal'ath" "ktab jalil ghazir aleilm jumarajat, wymmmy mrjeana hamana min marajie kutib alrijal waljarh waltaedil.
