Today, with the rise to power of the concept of the e-administration or electronic administration, recognized for its setting with profit of the TIC (communication and information technologies) for the improvement of the quality of the public service, the reform of the public administration and its modernization appeared a requirement for Algeria.

Being interested in modernization of management of the public of service in Algeria, the present study aims at evaluating the Progress report of Algeria as regards integration of the eadministration in the management of the public service.

The search results thus allowed us to determine the level of integration of the TIC in the management of administrations to the service of citizen and then to understand the constraints and the challenges with which the country in its strategy E-administration (electronic administration) is confronted
