Abstract EN

The main objective of this research is to estimate the presence of professional stress among Algerian executives according to the Rober Karasek model job Content Questionnaire (JCQ), the survey was undertaken on a sample of 341 frames doing their work in six companies in the wilaya of constantine ,to explore and determine the stressful situations that the teams suffer from the (JCQ).

Th e results indicated that: 256 executives suffering from stressful work (job strain=strong psychological demande+low decision latitude) estimated at 75.07% of the sample.

-200 executives suffer from ISO strain (high psychological demand + low decision latitude + low social support) which represents 58, 65% of the population of the study.
