Politeness in expression the concept of a linguistic civilized society‘ was innate to be a human respect in the speech as well as to avoid known blunt expressions‘ or that it hurts modesty.

It reflects the subtle sense of the speaker as it did not exceed acceptable level until it reaches the level of hypocrisy and reprehensible flattery or fawning.

It is clear that optimism is not a linguistic phenomenon of word or two‘ as it does not relate to the names of the common people themselves‘ but the characteristic of the formulation of the Arabic language and the use of materials.

It is evident in the linguistic phenomenon of humanitarian instinct‘we find that the more places where this property is common* with regard to the life of living of the people* and come into contact with its surroundings* and interacts with the environment.
