Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : بيان منهج الإمام البيهقي في حكمه على الأحاديث صحة و حسناً، و درجته في حكمه على الأحاديث شدة و تساهلا.

منهج الدراسة : اعتمد الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع المادة العلمية من خلال كتاب السنن الكبرى للبيهقي، و المنهج النقدي في الحكم على المروبات.

عينة الدراسة : الأحاديث التي حكم عليها البيهقي بالصحة و الحسن متمثلة بألفاظها الخاصة.

أهم نتائج الدراسة : 1- يعد الإمام البيهقي رمزاً من رموز العلم في الحديث و الفقه، وكتابه السنن الكبرى من أجود الكتب المشتملة على علوم الحديث و الفقه.

2- أحكام الإمام البيهقي في تصحيح و تحسين الأحاديث معتدلة إلى حد كبير أهم توصيات الدراسة : 1- ضرورة العناية بكتب البيهقي دراسة و تحقيقاً.

2- العمل على شرح السنن الكبير للإمام البيهقي.

3- دراسة المنهج الفقهي للإمام البيهقي.

English Abstract

Objective of the study : Explaining the approach of Imam Al-Bayhaqi and his judgment on the accuracy and the goodness of hadiths, and the degrees of severity or leniency of his judgment on the hadiths.

Research Methodology : The researcher used the inductive methodology in the collection of scientific material through the book of the Al-Sunan Al-Kobra for Al- Bayhaqi, and the critical approach in judging the narratives.

Sample of the study : The accurate and good Hadiths, which were Judged by Bayhaqi represented by its own words.

The most important findings of the study : 1- Imam Al-Bayhaqi is considered a master in the science in Hadith and Jurisprudence, and his book is the Al- Sunan Al-Kobra is one of the finest books that include the sciences of Hadith and Jurisprudence.

2- The Judgments of Imam Al-Bayhaqi on correcting and improving the Hadiths are very moderate.

The most important recommendations of the study : 1.

There is a need to pay more attention to the books of Al-Bayhaqi both by studying and verification.

Working on explaining Al-Sunan Al-Kobra for Imam Al-Bayhaqi.

3.

Studying of the jurisprudential approach of the imam Al-Bayhaqi.
