Arabic Abstract

الحمد لله رب العالمين، و الصلاة والسلام على رسوله الأمين، و على آله و صحبه أجمعين.

أما بعده فهذا بحث بعنو أن : «الإمام عبد الباقي بن قانع البغدادي و منهجه في الجرح و التعديل»، تداول فيه الباحث منهج الإمام عبد الباقي بن قادع البغدادي في التعريف بالرجال، و الكلام فيهم جرحا و تعديلا.

و لهذه الدراسة أثرها البالغ على علم النقد عند المحدثين، للوقوف على مدلولات ألفاظ الإمام عبد الباقي بن قانع البغدادي في نقد الرجال، و تزداد أهمية هذا البحث لمعرفة منزلة الإمام عبد الباقي بن قانع البغدادي بين النقاد، و مرتبته من حيث التشدد و الاعتدال و التساهل ؛ فلاجل ذلك و غيره كانت هذه الدراسة.

و قد جاء البحث في مقدمة و ثلاثة فصول و خاتمة.

أما المقدمة : فقد تداول فيها الباحث أهمية الموضوع و بواعث اختياره، و أهداف البحث و الدراسات السابقة، و منهج البحث .

و خطته و أما الفصل الأول : فقد تناول فيه الباحث ترجمة الإمام عبد الباقي بن قانع البغدادي سواء ما يتعلق بالحالة السياسية و الاجتماعية و العلمية و الثقافية لعصره، أو ما يتعلق باسمه و نسبه و كنيته و مولده و نشأته العلمية، و رحلاته و شيوخه و تلاميذه، وعقيدته، و مذهبه الفقهي، و مكانته العلمية، و آثاره، و وفاته، و معرفته بأحوال الرجال، و تمهيد في علم نقد الرجال.

و أما الفصل الثاني : فقد تداول فيه الباحث منهج الإمام عبد الباقي بن قادع البغدادي في الجرح، و ذلك ببيان مدلولات ألفاظه، ثم مقارنة أحكامه على الرواة بأحكام غيره من النقاد، مع إبراز نتائجها، و معرفة مراتب الجرح عنده، و خصائص منهجه فيه.

و أما الفصل الثالث : فقد تناول فيه الباحث منهج الإمام عبد الباقي بن قانع البغدادي في التعديل، و ذلك ببيان مدلولات ألفاظه، ثم مقارنة أحكامه على الرواة بأحكام غيره من النقاد، مع إبراز نتائجها، و معرفة مراتب التعديل عنده، و خصائص منهجه فيه.

و أما الخاتمة : فقد استعرض فيها الباحث أهم نتائج البحث، و توصيات الباحث.

English Abstract

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon His Messenger, and upon his family and companions.

This study is entitled: «Imam Abdul Baqi bin Qane’ Al-Baghdadi and his methodology in crediting and discrediting», in which the researcher discussed the approach of Imam Abdul Baqi bin Qane’ Al-Baghdadi in the definition of biographies narrators and the opinions of scholars relevant to crediting and discrediting.

This study has a great impact on the knowledge of authenticity among the modernists, to find out the denotations and connotations of the words of Imam Abdul Baqi bin Qane’ Al-Baghdadi in criticizing narrators.

The importance of this study increases for presenting the status of Imam Abdul Baqi bin Qane’ Al-Baghdadi among the critics and his rank in terms of extremism, moderation, and lenience.

The study is divided into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion.

In the introduction : The researcher discussed the importance of the subject and the motives of its selection, research objectives, methodology, previous studies, and research plan.

The first chapter illustrates the biography of Imam Abdul Baqi bin Qane’ Al- Baghdadi, the political, social, scientific and cultural situation of his age, his name, descent, nationality, birth, scientific origins, trips, teachers, students, death, and his knowledge of the conditions of narrators.

The introduction also paves the way to the science of criticism of narrators.

The second chapter explains the approach of Imam Abd Al-Baqi ibn Qane’ Al-Baghdadi in the discrediting, by explaining the denotations and connotations of his words and then comparing his judgment of the narrators with the judgment of other critics.

The chapter also shows the findings of the comparison, the ranks of discrediting and the characteristics of his discrediting approach.

The third chapter explains the approach of Imam Abd Al-Baqi ibn Qane’ Al-Baghdadi in the crediting, by explaining the denotations and connotations of his words and then comparing his judgment of the narrators with the judgment of other critics.

The chapter also shows the findings of the comparison, the ranks of crediting and the characteristics of his crediting approach in the conclusion, the researcher reviewed the main findings and recommendations of the stud.891077 This study dealt with the modern industry in Imam al-Muqara 'in his dictionary, where the researcher followed the method of inductive and deductive in the information from the mazanha, and the definition of the imam son of the reciter and his book lexicon, and the scientific status of the dictionary, and showed in his study the modern industry related to the articles, presenting them, summarizing them, repeating them, commenting on them and the associative benefits related to them, indicating the names of their elders, their names, their titles, and the statement of the place of modernization and the year of hearing.

The study showed the modern industry related to the money in its revenues and abbreviations and reasons for receipt and comparison, as has been commented on them in some cases, indicating strange words, and interpreting the Koranic verses contained in the effects, and in the study to indicate the types of ahaadeeth in terms of the words in the lexicon.

The study showed the co-industry between ascetics and maton as the odd or individual manifestation.

The study explained the definition of the narrators and the statement of the neglected and ambiguous ones, and the distinction between suspected narrators and the names of different names, and their countries and their trips and their births and the year of their deaths.

The study mentioned the terms of the wound and the amendment, although rare in the lexicon, and divided the study of the evidence and the testament to two sections in the dictionary of the son of reciter.

The study also showed the conclusion of the thesis, and the most important modern results related to modern science, pointing to the most important recommendations resulting from that study.
