English Abstract
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the envoy, mercy to the worlds, and to his family and companions, and guided by his guidance and Astn his Sunnah, and those who followed them to the Day of Judgment.
After: This research entitled: " Imam Ibn Al-Iraqi and his Efforts in Hadith Sciences In" which the researcher dealt with the efforts of Imam Ibn al-Iraqi through his scientific writings.
This study has a great impact on the position of this imam, especially among the modernists and scholars, to find out about his scientific and modern views and modern choices, and the increase in this research by knowing the status of Imam Ibn al-Iraqi among the modernists and scholars and his rank and his knowledge and majesty.
The research came in an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion.
The researcher dealt with the importance of the subject and the method of selection, research objectives, research methodology, previous studies, research plan.
As for the first chapter, the researcher dealt with the translation of Imam Ibn al-'Araqi, and related to the freedom, social and scientific age of his age, and what related to his name, his affiliation, his kinship, his surname, his birth, his scientific origins, his travels, his elders and disciples.
The second chapter deals with the choices made by Imam Ibn al-Iraqi al- Fiqhi, with an explanation of the jurisprudential issues, and then comparing the choices with those of the jurists.
As for the third chapter, the researcher tackled the modern obstacles of the Imam Ibn al-'Araqi against other scholars, and the scholars' commentaries on it, and the statement of his method in the various hadiths.
The conclusion: the researcher main search results, the researcher has reviewed the recommendations.
