Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : هدفت إلى دراسة موضوع الكرامة الإنسانية في ضوء القرآن الكريم دراسة موضوعية.

عينة الدراسة : كل آيات القرآن الكريم المشتملة على لفظة الكرامة و مشتقاتها و ما يدل عليها.

منهج الدراسة: اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي الموضوعي في التفسير.

أهم نتائج الدراسة : - من خلال النظر في آيات القرآن الكريم نجد أن حقوق الإنسان قد اهتم بها الله عز و جل قال في آلياته التي خصت الإنسان، و من خلال منهج رسوله و سنته، فحقوق الإنسان أساسها و منبعها القرآن الكريم و الدين الإسلامي و ليس منظمات حقوق الإنسان كما تدعي أنها أول من اعترف بحقوق الإنسان و أثبت له كيانه.

مصطلح (الكرامة الإنسانية) ليس مصطلحا حديث النشأة، بل هو قديم منذ خلق الله عز و جل الأدم اللي و هبوطه إلى الأرض.

الكرامة الإنسانية هي حق لكل إنسان و يجب أن يتمسك بها و يعض عليها بالنواجذ، فيخسرانها يخسر إنسانيته و كيانه.

أظهرت الدراسة أن الله عز و جل على قد مثير الإنسان باستخدام لفظتين و هما (التكريم و التفضيل) ؛ فالتكريم منظور فيه إلى تكريمه في ذاته، و التفضيل منظور فيه إلى تشريفه فوق غيره.

الكرامة هي أهم ما يميز الإنسان و يصعد به على سلم الارتقاء الروحي و الإيماني.

أهم التوصيات : أوصي نفسي أولا، و أوصي طلبة العلم بالاهتمام بموضوعات القرآن الكريم، حيث إن القرآن الكريم بحر زاخر بمختلف الموضوعات التي تخص الإنسان و القضايا الإنسانية، فالقرآن الكريم صالح لكل زمان و مكان، فهو رسالة الله الخالدة إلى أن يرث الله عز و جل الأرض و من عليها.

- أوصي طلبة العلم الشرعي بالاستمرار في بيان أن القرآن الكريم له الأسبقية بالاهتمام بقضايا الإنسان الحقوقية و إثبات كرامته قبل منظمات حقوق الإنسان العالمية.

أوصي وسائل الإعلام المسموعة و المرئية و المكتوبة الاهتمام بالحديث حول موضوع كرامة الإنسان و حقوقه لتصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة بأن منظمات حقوق الإنسان أول من دافع عن حقوق الإنسان و كرامته.

English Abstract

Objective of the study : Examining the question of human dignity in the Holy Quran.

An objective study.

Study Sample: All the verses of the Holy Quran including the word "dignity" and its derivatives, and implications.

Research Methodology: The researcher used the objective, inductive, descriptive method for interpretation.

The most important findings of the study : - After considering the verses of the Holy Quran, the study found that Allah Almighty has a great interest in human rights in His verses, and that He singled out the human beings.

The Sunnah of the Prophet's (peace be upon) also shows that human rights are fundamental in the Islamic religion, and the claim of human rights organizations of being the first to recognize human rights is proven inaccurate.

- The term (human dignity) is not a newly created term, but it is as old as the creation of the human beings.

- Protection of Human dignity is the right of every human being, and man must fight oppressors because losing the dignity means losing humanity.

- The study showed that Allah Almighty distinguished man by using two words (honor and preference); the honor is a perspective of honoring human's self, and the preference is a perspective of honoring Man above all.

- Dignity is the most important characteristic of man and ascends to spiritual elevation.

The most important recommendations of the study : - I recommend myself first, and I recommend students of science to pay attention to the subjects of the Quran which are various topics that concern the human and humanitarian issues.

the Quran is valid for all times and places, it is the eternal message of Allah until judgment day.

- I recommend students of forensic sciences to show that the holy Quran takes precedence over the human rights issues before the international human rights organizations.

- I recommend the different audio-visual and written media to pay more attention and focus on the issue of human dignity and human rights and to correct the faulty concept that the human rights organizations were the first to defend the human rights and dignity.

891192 Objective of the study : This study aims at finding a remedy for the problems of contemporary reality through the educational guidance of the subjects of the Holy Quran.

Sample of the Study : Reading some of the topics of the Holy Quran in Surat Mohammed, and devising its educational instructions.

Research Methodology : The researcher used deductive approach according and the objective interpretation methodology.

The most important findings of the study : - The holy Quran is the origin of all human, moral and behavioral sciences and knowledge.

- A precaution should be taken from the hypocrites and their enmity.

- The Quran directs Muslims to develop by following the ideals.

- Achieving the jihad stages before, during and after the confrontation.

The most important recommendations of the study : - There is a need to take care of the various topics of the Holy Quran that is characterized by providing solutions to all the problems that the nation suffers from in all times.

The problems addressed by the Quran since the time of its revelation are the same vital problems that exist in reality today.

- I recommend the audio-visual media to pay attention to the subjects of the Holy Quran that touch the people affairs and relate to their problems directly.
