The International Criminal Court has jurisdiction to prosecute and punish the perpetrators of a number of serious international crimes specified in Article (5/1) of the Rome Statute, namely: genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and crimes of aggression.

But in order to guarantee the right of the international community to punish for international crimes, it must be included in the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court the punishment of all crimes, especially crimes of international terrorism.

The world today knows radical changes with the emergence of radical Islamist groups under different names, " Al-Qaeda ", " Boko Haram ", " Daesh " which threaten international peace and security
