Arabic Abstract

تمثل الجندية في الإسلام القاعدة الأساس لبناء الدولة؛ فبها تحمى البلاد، وتقام الشعائر، ويحقق الأمن؛ لهذا قمت بالكتابة في هذا الموضوع على منهج التفسير الموضوعي؛ للتأصيل لمفاهيم الجندية في كتاب الله سبحانه وتعالى؛ معتمدا على الآيات القرآنية في الغالب الأعم، وقد جعلت البحث في أربعة فصول، وخاتمة.

تناولت في الفصل الأول مفهوم الجندية، ونظائرها في القرآن الكريم، ثم عرجت إلى أهمية الجندية في القرآن، وأتممت الفصل بالحديث عن أنواع الجندية في القرآن الكريم.

أما في الفصل الثاني فقد تناولت صور الجندية في القرآن الكريم، تم تحدثت عن سمات الجندي الراشد، والجندي الفاسد، وانتهيت بالحديث عن التوجيهات والتأييد القرآني للجندي.

كما تناولت في الفصل الثالث الحديث عن حقوق الجندي في القرآن الكريم، وما يحتاج إليه، ثم انتقلت للحديث عن واجبات الجندي في القرآن الكريم.

وكان الفصل الرابع يتناول التطبيق الواقعي للدراسة، فقد تحدثت عن نماذج الجندية في القرآن الكريم، فاشتمل الحديث عن نماذج للجندي الراشد ثم نماذج للجندي الفاسد في القرآن الكريم.

أهم نتائج الدراسة: -إن القرآن الكريم أرسى قواعد الجندية، وبين معانيها، وفنونها المتعددة في جميع المجالات، وقدم نظرية متكاملة تشمل حياة الجندي وتطلعاته.

- إن الجندي بحاجة إلى قيادة حكيمة راشدة، عارفة بقدرات جنودها، وقادرة على الحفاظ عليهم، وعلى الجندي السمع لهم والطاعة والالتزام الدقيق لتعليماتهم.

أهم توصيات الدراسة: - أوصي الجنود أن يبذلوا قصارى جهدهم لتمكين دين الله، وتحرير العباد من عبودية غير الله، حتى تتحرر المقدسات ويدفع البلاء عن المسلمين.

- أوصي الأمة بحشد كل ما يستطيعون من المال والخبرات لتصنيع وشراء ما يحتاجه الجندي من السلاح الذي يحقق قوة الرعب والردع لأعداء الأمة.

English Abstract

Soldiery in Islam has a special importance as it protects the nation, preserves the practice of worship acts, and ensures security.

This was the main motive behind this study.

The researcher carried out this study considering the method of objective interpretation in order to highlight the true fundamentals and concepts of soldiery that could be found in the Noble Quran.

The study relied on the Qur'anic verses in most cases, and was divided into four chapters, and a conclusion.

The first chapter presented the concept of soldiery, its synonyms in the Noble Quran, and its importance and types as mentioned in the Noble Quran.

The first chapter discussed the forms of soldiery in the Noble Quran, and presented the characteristics of the good and corrupt soldier in addition to the Quranic support and guidance directed to the soldier.

The third chapter highlighted the rights of the soldier in the Noble Quran, his/her needs, in addition to his/her duties that were mentioned in the Noble Quran.

The fourth and final chapter included the real application of the study.

In this chapter, the researcher discussed the soldiery models that were mentioned in the Noble Quran including the good and corrupt soldier.

The most important results of the study: - The Noble Quran laid down the rules of soldiery in Islam, and clarified its meanings and multiple branches in all fields.

The Noble Quran presented an integrated theory that addresses soldiers’ life and aspirations.

- Soldiers need a wise and conscious leadership that is aware about their capabilities, and is able to guard them.

On the other hand, soldiers have to present their obedience, and strict adherence to the leaders’ instructions.

The most important recommendations of the study: - I recommend soldiers to do their utmost to enable the religion of Allah, and to free people from slavery, but to Allah.

This is essential to liberate Muslims’ holy places and protect them from all evils.

- I recommend the Muslim nation to mobilize all their financial capacities and experiences to manufacture and purchase the needed soldiery equipment including weapons to terrify and repel the enemies of Muslim nation.
