As a result of the evolution of the human life and requirements and the changing of the way of life , from traditional to a technical and technological development in a globalized system.

But this change brought envirenmental problems and as a result of over - exploitation of natural sources , which was a reason behind the emergency of many crises and envirenmental catastrophes that touched the ecological balance: Such as different kinds of pollution , desertification .

and because of the correlation between the human and his nature, he can't living out of it, and that all damages to the envirenment reflected negatively on the natural life of the individuals...

And that is pushing all the countries to search for the way to protect nature from all crisis and dangers according to an envirenmental management based on a scientific base , which known as the science of crisis management.
