Abstract EN

This study aims to classify the actual role of the testimony of witnesses before the managerial judiciary.

The role of testimony as a means of evidence became a supplemental method in case of the lack of written proof.

The present research seeks to identify the importance of this method, its conditions and its implications, and to spell out the kinds of cases where the testimony of witnesses can be adopted.

The study concluded with a number of findings and recommendations, the most important of which is the absence of a law of administrative procedures in Jordan that enables the judge to choose the most appropriate means of evidence in administrative disputes.
