Abstract EN

The glorious Islamic Sharia has called upon its followers and encouraged them to commit to their ”Duties“ and has made them obligatory actions.

It has also set forth general principles and specific terms that fulfill enormous objectives which mostly reflect positively and effectively on the Muslim community.

”Family“ in Islam being the nucleus of this community and the first stone، on which the strong structure of the nation stands on، was given great attention from the moment it began with marriage.

Roles were distributed to both husband and wife stating the duties of each.

Therefore، it was necessary to show how Islamic Sharia took the lead in endorsing laws that would protect ”family“ through managing its duties and distributing the tasks among its members so that justice could be established among members of the community who would become aware of their duties and responsibilities.

Furthermore، stability، safety and happiness would be achieved by giving everyone his right without excess or negligence، not more and not less
