Abstract EN

This study aims to know the effectiveness of performing arts in promoting tourism in Sudan and its contribution to increasing economic tourism income.

this study deals the most popular folk dance arts of some Sudanese tribes, from the north, south, east and west, Sudanese tribes are different customs, traditions and diversity of cultures.

the study follows the descriptive analytical method, to observe, classification and analyse data obtained.

the results of the study found that the effectiveness and success of the performing arts lies in attracting tourists.

because it are more realistic and deepest impact on tourists, thereby increasing the economic tourism income, and raising the tourism level in Sudan.
