Abstract EN

This studies research is looking forwards to identifying the effects of social networks on the trends of a university teacher towards knowledge.

the problem of this studies resides on the main crucial question which is: to what extent the social networks affect the trends of a university teacher towards knowledge? the significance of this studies in that no doubt, we live in an era of social networks which these sites become most of aspects where many people spend lots of time in them, that makes these sites have great effects on the trends of knowledge for their users.

this studies aims at identifying the way how university teachers benefit from social networks in field receiving knowledge and gaining information, as well as this studies aims at identifying the adopted methods to getting knowledge via using social networks.

the studies adopts the descriptive method as well as survey method, the studies also uses the historical method in the study’s theoretical framework.

questionnaire is the main tool of this studies.
