Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the importance of using multimedia applications in the media in service organizations through the introduction of multimedia applications in service organizations and the most important features of these applications.

the problem of study is the lack of use of multimedia applications by the customs department.

the researcher relied on the analytical descriptive method and the historical method.

the study tools were in direct observation and questionnaire ,after the data was extracted and processed statistically by SPSS program, the researcher came out with the following conclusions: the lack of technical equipment and modern programs and the lack of qualified human cadres to use the correct scientific methods in the media work in the management of information in the customs authority.

the study recommended providing the modern equipment and programs and providing qualified personnel to increase the use of multimedia, information in the customs authority.
