Abstract EN

This study deals with the most important dictionay in arabic “ Lisan AlArab ” by Ibn AlMandhour (T 711 H.) which is considered to be one of the richest and comprehensive encyclopedias in its information, and clarifies thpoetical proof in the first part of Ibn AlMandhour 's dictionary.

Also, I present the three levels of linguistic analysis in dictionary's poetical proof : level of phonetic analysis, level of morphological analysis, level of grammar, plus a fourth level is the semantic level.
