The research attempts to touch the nationality of these sound laws in the explanations of Seboyeh book and its effectiveness in the vocal composition and its frequency.

We find that the law of the strongest of the laws of sound that have an influential presence when the juxtaposition of votes, and applied by the commentators in the explanations of the book when they alerted to some of the virtues enjoyed by some of the votes, which gave the votes to force on the rest of the votes at the time.

Al-Sharaah also notes that vocal phenomena, such as substitution, dependence, imposition, tilt, etc., are a practical application of the laws of sound, even that the Haskouri named the rules that control these changes in sound by progressive laws.
