This study aims to show the importance of evaluating the organization’s strategy using the balanced scorecard as a modern and effective tool that allows the organization to improve its performance and achieve its strategic objectives, in this study we have developed a model balanced scorecard for Biopharm group and applied to real performance of group.

The study concluded that the Balanced Scorecard model has effectively contributed to the evaluation of the strategy of the group by giving a real picture of the overall performance of the group, which enabled us to record various deviations and propose corrective measures.
