Abstract EN

In this article, we will examine the role of the parliament in the financial legislation in Morocco.

Hence, studying its constitutional basis according to the 2011 constitution in addition to the legal basis found in the organic law on finances n°13.130.

The ultimate objective is to find out the contribution of this constitutional body in enacting the financial laws, also its financial position along with the other participants in the financial law field in Morocco.
