Abstract EN

The Algerian legislation has established the rules of jurisdiction of the article of disputes of public transactions within the code of civil and administrative procedures and also the presidential decree n15/247 which includes the public transactions and mandates of the general authority but this regulation raised many problems at the applied level which may lead to conflicts of jurisdiction especially in the light of the judicial duplicity experienced by Algeria.
