English Abstract

Cartographic studies are fundamental to applied geomorphological work.

River basins are of great importance in this field of applied studies in order to present the best alternatives to choose the optimal model for investing natural resources to achieve sustainable development.

The research was done in two sections and the introduction was the problem of research (what are the geomorphological areas suitable for river basin investment sites in the study area?), And it aims to build a database to help build an applied mapping model for river basin investment and water network.

The first study dealt with geomorphological characteristics maps, which were classified as geological layers for the construction of the cartographic model, The second topic was the construction of a mapping model for the investment of water networks.

The researcher used the technical and statistical method and analysis of equations and tables to design a series of thematic maps.

He concludes by some conclusions that surface water has not been properly exploited despite its availability on a range of rivers and valleys, and the use of GIS and remote sensing has been instrumental in building cartographic models of development with high spatial.
