Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to assess and highlight the role played by the financing and support structures in establishing and accompanying small and medium enterprises in light of the efforts of the Algerian state to promote this sector as a way to achieve economic and social development through the ability of these institutions to contribute to increasing production capacities and Is a source of creativity and innovation, In this study, we adopted the analytical descriptive approach in evaluating the role of support and financing structures in establishing and accompanying small and medium enterprises, focusing on the role of (ANSEJ) and (CNAC) during the period 2002-2016.

It remains unable to promote this sector, which calls for greater efforts in the financial, legislative and regulatory aspects.
