Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the level of self- efficacy and its relationship to the Variables of Basic Scientific Qualification and the Additional Education Qualification on Teachers of Secondary Schools in Khartoum State.

The researchers used the descriptive associative approach, the research community of study reached 9679 individuals out of which 942 males and females were randomly selected (440 males and 502 female(.

For collecting data from the sample, the researchers designed a questionnaire of self-efficacy of teachers.

The researchers also used the statistical package for social sciences program (SPSS) for data analysis, The results showed that the self-efficacy of the sample is characterized by heightened level.

The results also showed that there are no differences in the statistical indicator of self-efficacy attributed to the variable of the “basic qualification” and the “additional educational” qualifications.

According to the results the researchers recommended the following: The necessity of obtaining the basic educational qualification for those who want to join the staff of secondary schools level, besides increasing the education qualification for those who don’t hold educational qualifications For more benefit the researchers suggest the following: The study of the preparation of a cognitive and emotional program in raising the level of self-efficacy
