Grammar rules are a bridge through which the learner can reach the comprehension of the classical languages and speak them, because these rules are the language that protects the tongue from melody and error.

The Arabic language does not differ from these languages.

The latter has been looking since independence for the educational systems that develop the teaching of Arabic grammar, so I used teaching objectives and then teaching competencies.

This research came to try to answer the following problem: How much does the Algerian school benefit from teaching with goals, Nos in educational grammatical rules? This hypothesis is divided into two hypotheses: - There are methods for teaching grammatical rules.

- Teaching goals aims at establishing grammatical rules.

- Teaching competencies to the good use of grammatical rules.

- There is a difference in teaching grammatical rules between teaching goals and teaching competencies.

This research, by answering the questions raised, attempts to reveal that the Algerian school benefited from the teaching of goals and the teaching of competencies in the teaching of grammatical rules, and which of the two systems benefited from the teaching of grammatical rules.

Therefore, the following plan will be followed: After the presentation, he talks about the methods used in teaching grammatical rules from the theoretical point of view.

Then he discusses the definition of teaching objectives, teaching competencies, and the practical side discussesthe teaching of grammar in the basic school based on the objectives, , Comparing them in the teaching of the rules for the ninth year, the fourth year and the average year, and concludes the research with the results reached.
