Abstract EN

This paper explores the process creative communicative phenomena transmission, that have spread hysterically in Western societies as they are in contemporary Arab societies, through the modern semiotic spaces, especially the phenomenon of creative "HIRAK"( popular movement in Algeria) on social media.

From a procedural point of view, the research is based on a cultural semiotic approach, of published content on four Facebook pages, through which the focus is on the dimensions of the mobility phenomenon from the transgression of the political readings towards the social and cultural interpretations through the intermingling of the many races and verbal / iconic forms.

Despite the fact that it has been ignored.

The main results of the study are: the rise of the phenomenon of creative slogans in the "HIRAK" popular movement in Algeria as a marginal cultural phenomenon full of creative signs through the transformations that led the Algerian people in all its different sectors which influenced its habits, ways of thinking and its uses of verbal and iconic language as a tool to produce and receive significance on the network platforms, And then restore street space and activate the transition to the blue space ( FaceBook).

The slogans the "HIRAK" are a mass creation of the simple citizen formulation at the levels of speech, action and meaning, indicating a precise new structure of the public perspective in its conception of solutions and thus obtaining consensus between its spectra.
