The right to resist the tyranny of the ruling authorities is one of the primary rights in our time that is forbidden by this number of transactions to anyone who makes use of this right.

The legislator here deals with the individual or the people on the basis of suspicion rather than faith.

The problem of the research is that the right to resist the tyranny of the ruling authorities is a crime by the authorities who hold the power, making it difficult for the people to use this right and thus allows the ruling authorities to exploit the situation and thus violate the provisions of the Constitution and infringe on the rights and freedoms of individuals.

We ask the constitutional legislator, and in particular the Iraqi legislator, to make this right among the basic rights that he has organized and guaranteed in the constitution, so that the people can resort to this right and thus remove the authoritarian authorities that encroached upon the rights and freedoms of the people.
