This is an discerption analytical study for crime phenomena in general and its development and technology crimes specifically in light of globalization where the study identified some issues such as: Globalization concept ,crime concept ,their nature, characteristics of information technology crimes, characteristics information technology criminal, in addition to globalization effects and threats on crime and finally reviewing the most important polices such as education and training in facing modern crime in light of globalization.
