Each country has a territory based on it , which must be appointed in a vague and unambiguous way, since the more precise the territory is assigned, the more security and tranquility will be provided to the people of the state, its relations with neighboring countries will be stabilized, security will prevail, peace of international relations and society will prevail .

The designation of the territory means that it has clear boundaries that distinguish it from the rest of the other regions , which is known as the process of establishing international borders .

This process consists of two stages :the stage of delimitation and the planning stage , this is the best by which the border is transferred from the legal authority its originator to the ground by clear signs.
