Abstract EN
The research aims at clarifying the use of information technology on the performance of human resources in the educational institutions in Iraq in general and in the University of Babylon as a model, in particular, using the use of the human resources system (the network personnel system) in all facilities of the University of Babylon, Based on all the requirements required by the university colleges in general and the university presidency, especially information (CV, practical, functional and scientific) for all employees working from the technical and administrative and teaching the university.
All the faculties of the university have been used to provide us with integrated statistics to determine the extent of reliance on the human resources system by the faculties of the University of Babylon.
The information collected was processed through the design of the network personnel system.
Thus, the use of information technology in educational institutions is the catalyst for the development of The human resources of the employees of the electronic system of human resources and the development of their expertise in the use of information technology.
The use of the HR system depends on the people who work with it with experience in the field of information technology based on the certificate of specialization and educational level.
On the other hand, the participation of employees in the HR system with training courses and workshops to develop their expertise in the use of information technology.
The advantage of using this sysem through tangible reality is the reduction of effort, time and Telecharge paper consumption.
There must be a futuristic view of electronic computer centres in educational institutions to identify the rapid developments in the use of information technology in order to be electronic work at the level of all its faculties, centres and departments in our country Iraq is passing through a range of challenges in all areas.
