Abstract EN

This study is an attempt to trace the roots of democratic thought Inside the Doctrines and Currents of Islamic Political Thought, It deals with very sensitive issues of our time, such as The rules of choosing Caliphs and Rulers, mechanisms of transmitting power and the status of women in public affairs and political action, and the position of Sunni, Shiite and Kharijite sects about these issues.

The study used the term " Islamic Political Fiqh Anti-tyranny" to signify the operations of intellectual and armed resistance of tyranny in Islamic history.

The study also, addressed the issue of coexistence of Traditional Islamic political jurisprudence (Fiqh) with the concept of Modern Nation-Staten Despite the fact that the latter associated with the Western idea of nationalism and emerged after difficult throes of reform and attempts revolutions in Europe and America.

The Study concludes with a quick view of the contemporary republican system of the Arabe Countries, through their constitutions analyze and compare its contents with respect to rules of choosing Presidents, mechanisms of transmitting power and the Political status of women
