One of the most important conditions of economic diversification is to provide the rules of diversity, including surpluses available in the various economic sectors, as well as the availability of material, human and technological resources to achieve this diversity, as well as encouraging internal and external investments (public and private).

Therefore, the country which has a diversified economy, which constitutes the productive sectors, a large proportion of the gross domestic product is considered a productive country, especially in the agricultural and industrial sector (extractive and transformational industry), and these sectors contribute to the national income of the state.

The state must be diversified in resources and there must be advanced infrastructure.

The oil sector in the UAE played a key role in achieving comprehensive development by exploiting this wealth in the development of various economic sectors in order to diversify sources of income.
