Abstract EN

The technological development has had a great impact on the exercise of freedom of expression in various media and communication , which made the journalist’s basic goal is to obtain information and disseminate it without taking into account the physical and moral damage to others , which affect their financial position and social status and considerations.

Since the newspapers are the main influence on public opinion, the Algerian legislator resorted to the establishment of legal controls in the right of reply and correction of the affected by reviewing the information law 07/90 by adding other materials and delete in line with the emergency developments and try to reconcile the act of criminalization and the rights of reply and correction
