Culture is the cornerstone of societies.

It is the sign that reduces the history of peoples and nations and their present and future.

However, in light of the current global changes, Arab countries and Arab societies have become vulnerable to cultural domination and are threatened with their cultural security.

In this article we will try to address the foundations and pillers of Cultural Security, and its making means, especially in Algeria, standing in the face of the guidance and devious attempts, and of the Western cultural and materialistic domination.
