Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the behavior of ownership and its relation to social security among the employees of the University of Qadisiyah.

The sample of the research sample was (200) employees and employees randomly selected.

In order to measure the goal of the research, the measure of flatter behavior, which is in the final form of (20) paragraph, was constructed as well as the construction of the social security measure which is also in the final form of (20) paragraphs.

The results of the present study indicate that the employees of Qadissiya University have a level of flattery behavior, and that there is a statistically significant difference in the behavior of flattery according to gender variable and for females.

The results also showed that employees feel social security.
