Arabic Abstract

تناولت الدراسة مشروع تهويد النقب، الذي باشرت السلطات الإسرائيلية في تطبيقه منذ عام 1948م، و استمر حتى يومنا هذا، فقد تميزت تلك السنوات الطويلة بالكثير من الأحداث المهمة على أهالي النقب المحتل، و التي عانى منها المواطنون في كافة مناحي الحياة.

كما استهدفت الدارسة إبراز مراحل مشروع التهويد، و توضيح أهم العوامل التي ساعدت على ظهوره و تطويره، و التعرف علي التطورات السياسية و الأمنية التي عززت فكرة التهويد و دراسة الخطط التي وضعها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، و اللجان التي ساعدت في تحقيق فكرة التهويد، و توضيح ردود الفعل المحلية و الإقليمية و الدولية من تهويد النقب، و دور المؤسسات و اللجان والحركات في داخل النقب و خارجه في مواجهة التهويد و إبراز أهم النتائج الخطيرة للتهويد على مستقبل الفلسطينين في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة عام 1948م .

فإن السياسة التي اتبعتها دولة الاحتلال منذ قيامها و التي ترمي إلى الاستيلاء علي أراضي النقب باعتبارها أرض موات، و إنكار ملكية السكان للأرض واضح للعيان من خلال التهديدات الإسرائيلية المستمرة ضد قرى النقب المعترف بها و غير المعترف بها، و انتهاك حقوق المواطنين ليؤدي ذلك إلى طمس هوية النقب العربية، فبعد احتلالها للنقب عام 1948م، قامت سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية بسلسلة من الإجراءات بهدف تهويد النقب، إذ أقدمت على الاستيطان في النقب، و فرض الحكم العسكري حتى عام 1966م، و إضفاء الصبغة اليهودية على النقب، فلم تأن إسرائيل جهداً في إصدار القوانين المجحفة بحق النقب المحتل حتى عام 2013م، و الذي يعد تاريخا لتتويج نتائج مشروع تهويد النقب بظهور مشروع برافر .

English Abstract

This study examines the project of Judaizing the Negev that the Israeli occupation has applied since 1948.

These long years witnessed important events that were imposed on the people of the Negev and caused them a great deal of suffering in all aspects of life.

This study aims at highlighting the stages of the Judaification project, clarifying the most important factors that helped in its emergence and development, identifying the political and security developments that promoted the idea of Judaification, and studying the plans set forth by the Israeli occupation, and the committees that helped to achieve the idea of Judaification.

The study also aims at showing the local, regional and international attitudes towards the Judaification of the Negev, and the role of institutions, committees and movements inside the Negev and abroad in facing the Judaification as well as highlighting the most serious consequences of Judaification on the future of Palestinians in the occupied Palestinian territories of 1948.

The policy adopted by the occupation since its establishment aims at seizing the Negev lands as a waste land, and denying the peoples’ land title is clearly visible through the continuing Israeli threats against the recognized and unrecognized villages of the Negev and the violation of the rights of the citizens.

This is intended to wipe out Palestinian identity of Negev.

After the occupation of the Negev in 1948, the Israeli occupation authorities conducted a series of measures aimed at Judaification of the Negev.

The encouraged settling in the lands of in the Negev, and imposed the military rule on the Negev until 1966.

They also imposed the Jewish character on the Negev, and issued unfair laws against people of the occupied Negev until 2013, which was the crown of the Judaification project of the Negev with the appearance of the Braver project.
