The Algerian legislator has provided the mechanism of the judicial supervision to ensure the preservation of these funds in both the family law and the law of civil and administrative procedure.

He also put special texts for the control of money before and after the conclusion of the act.

And In this article, we search the importance of the methods of monitoring and taking care of the minor's money and the role that such supervision contributes to the preservation and development of the money in order to assess the role of these methods in the field of money control, especially the role of the judge of family affairs
