Abstract EN

The use of military force by the USA and its allies in fighting international terrorism; especially in Afghanistan and Iraq at the beginning of the third millennium, violated international law, sovereignty, non-interference in the internal affairs of States, peaceful resolution of international disputes…etc .

USA and its allies have committed all kinds of serious violations of international humanitarian law by mistreating prisoners of war in Afghanistan, especially at "Guantanamo prison", as well as at "Abu Ghraib" prison in Iraq, rather that serious crimes against Afghan civilians and Iraqis.

Thus, they overturned the Hague Conventions of 1899 and 1907, the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the Protocols thereto of 1977.
