The aim of the present study is to recognize the emotional blackmail among the students in the preparatory schools in Basra.
The research is specified to investigate about the preparatory students belonging to the General Directorate of Education in Basra province.
The emotional blackmail scale is prepared by the researcher after the application of the psychometric properties.
The sample of students were chosen randomly comprising 508 students of both gender for (2017-2018).
The results showed that the students had no emotional blackmail.
