Abstract EN

Administration of justice is considered one of the most important proofs on completeness of Islamic law ( Sharia ) as it is virtuousness to preserve rights and a strong tool to get them back in case they , the rights , are taken away and it is the pointer by which the society is evaluated as good or bad .

To achieve administration of justice , Islamic law provides the rights that each member in a society has and provides ways to prove people, rights , Also , it provides different suitable punishments for each violation committed .

This research discusses the authority the judge has to address an important issue widely shared among people without any strategies or rules to follow and that issue is polygyny .

The study discusses the authority judge has to make the right decision for the lawsuits brought against others and among them ones relevant to polygyny.
